Our products are all handmade, so there will be slight variations due to the nature of a handmade product.
Please select your items carefully, as we can only offer refunds due to faulty workmanship. To ensure the item is in perfect condition, we carefully check our products before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged item in transit, please let us know immediately for insurance purposes. However, if worn, a replacement or refund for damaged items will not be honoured.
SUPPLY
We will email you within two business days if we cannot supply or if delivery delays occur. If we cannot provide an item due to the gemstone’s unavailability, we will notify you and offer a similar item.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you purchase a faulty item from Monica Szwaja, you can exchange it or receive a store credit (excluding any shipping charges incurred).
If you think the product is faulty or have any other problems, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS
For an exchange or refund, the following criteria must be met.
– Product is defective
– Product is not as described
– Product must be unused
– Product must not be damaged
If the product does not meet the above-listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange.
For a refund, the item must be returned in a saleable condition within 30 days of the date of purchase, accompanied by the original sales receipt and original packaging.

RESIZES
We can offer exchanges or resizing if you order the wrong size. All resizes, and exchanges need to be unworn and returned to;
